Unfortunately, because Twitter and Facebook are social media sites, you must know how to use them to create a lead generating webinar.

The problem with Affiliate Marketing is that it requires very little technical knowledge, so long as you understand how to effectively use the tools and automation to automate the process. For example, you can make a webinar with PowerPoint. You can record it, add some videos, and then upload it to YouTube. You can then put banner ads and text links on YouTube. If you know the basics of how to make a simple website, you can make a webinar with YouTube and Google AdWords in a matter of minutes.

In contrast, creating a webinar with affiliate marketing programs takes experience, skill, and understanding of social media. Building a successful presence on MySpace and Facebook requires understanding of what goes into making a great social media presence and backlinking strategies to tackling your web page. MySpace is similar to a personal blog. Blogs are great for building a network of followers, but MySpace gives you an opportunity to create a highly visible presence on a much larger scale.

For this reason, if you want to become a successful affiliate marketing marketer, you must learn the art of blogging for MySpace or Facebook. Your goal should be to drive traffic to your web site. If you have a blog that can do that and is updated regularly with new posts, you will increase your chances for new leads.

To do this, you must learn the ins and outs of adwords and other internet marketing tools. Many people fail at affiliate marketing because they don't take the time to master internet tools. Some people try to use too many marketing tools at once. This is counterproductive. You have to choose one or two effective tools and master them. Only then should you spend the time and effort to use YouTube, MySpace, twitter, Facebook, etc.

Affiliate marketing requires a minimal amount of start-up costs, but you will have to put in the time to master some of the more complicated internet tools. The better you get at using internet marketing tools, the faster you will grow your affiliate marketing business. Using social media marketing (such as Facebook, twitter, YouTube, etc.) will also help you build your lists and drive traffic to your blog posts and product pages.
