Influencer Hero Review: How to Make Money as an Affiliate

What Is Influencer Hero?
Influencer Hero is an influencer marketing platform. Brands and agencies use it to find creators, reach out to them, run campaigns, track the content they post, and pay them, all from one dashboard.
Think of it this way. Running an influencer program by hand means spreadsheets, hundreds of DMs, shipping labels, and chasing payment details. Influencer Hero tries to put all of that in one place and automate the boring parts.
Here's what you get:
- Creator search with AI and filters for audience, engagement, and location
- A way to spot creators who already follow your brand
- Bulk, personalized outreach by email, Instagram and TikTok DMs, and WhatsApp
- A CRM with campaign boards, pipeline stages, and automations
- Product gifting with shipment tracking
- A content library to track UGC and manage usage rights
- Reporting on things like ROI, sales, impressions, and earned media value
- Batch payouts to creators, plus affiliate tools and discount code tracking

Influencer Hero Pricing
Let's be clear up front. Influencer Hero is not a cheap tool. It's built for brands that are serious about influencer marketing. Here are the prices shown on its pricing page at the time of writing.
| Plan | Price | Best for / what's included |
|---|---|---|
| Standard | $649/month monthly, or $454/month billed yearly | Individuals and small teams. 1,000 reach-outs a month, product send-outs, 20 influencer payouts, analytics, training, 1 seat. |
| Pro | $1,049/month monthly, or $734/month billed yearly | Growing brands. 5,000 reach-outs a month, unlimited templates, 200 influencer payouts, a dedicated account manager, 3 seats. |
| Business | $2,490/month monthly, or $1,743/month billed yearly | Established brands. 10,000 reach-outs a month, UGC tracking, custom API integrations, 500 influencer payouts, 8 seats. |
| Enterprise | Contact sales | Agencies and large brands. Unlimited reach-outs, UGC tracking and payouts, custom seats and features. |
Quarterly billing saves 20% and yearly billing saves 30% compared to paying month to month. All plans have a 3-month minimum term. I didn't see a free trial listed, so plan on booking a demo.
Always check Influencer Hero's pricing page for current numbers. Plans change.
Who Should Use Influencer Hero?
Influencer Hero makes sense when influencer marketing is a real channel for you, not a side experiment.
It works well for:
- Ecommerce and D2C brands that work with lots of creators every month
- Marketing teams tired of running campaigns from spreadsheets and DMs
- Agencies managing influencer programs for several clients
- Brands that gift products and want to track what creators post
Who might skip it? If you're a small shop that works with two or three creators a year, the price and the 3-month minimum are hard to justify. You'd be paying for a machine you don't need yet.
Pros and Cons of Influencer Hero
Pros
- Covers the whole process: discovery, outreach, gifting, content, reporting, and payouts
- Outreach across email, Instagram, TikTok, and WhatsApp
- Can find creators who already follow your brand
- Pricing is published openly, which isn't always the case in this space
- Big discounts for quarterly or yearly billing
Cons
- Expensive, starting at $649 a month on monthly billing
- Every plan has a 3-month minimum term
- No free trial listed on the pricing page
- Reach-outs and payouts are capped on the lower plans
- Lots of features means a learning curve for small teams
Influencer Hero vs Alternatives
Influencer Hero isn't the only platform in this space. Here's how it compares with a few I've already reviewed.
| Tool | Strength | Best for | Main focus |
|---|---|---|---|
| Influencer Hero | All-in-one, from discovery to payouts | Brands and agencies running ongoing programs | Discovery, outreach, CRM, gifting, UGC, payouts |
| GRIN | Established creator management platform | Larger ecommerce brands | Creator relationships and campaign management |
| Aspire | Creator marketplace plus campaign tools | Brands that want creators to come to them | Influencer and UGC campaigns |
| Social Snowball | Turning customers and creators into affiliates | Shopify brands | Affiliate and ambassador programs |
If you want a long-standing option for big brands, read my GRIN review. If a creator marketplace sounds better, see my Aspire review. And if your main goal is a creator affiliate program on Shopify, check my Social Snowball review.
Which one is best? The one that matches how many creators you work with, and how much you want to automate.
How to Make Money with Influencer Hero as an Affiliate
Influencer Hero's partner program is called the Agency Partners programme. It's open to marketing agencies, service providers, and tech vendors. Their page says you can "earn up to 30% lifetime commission" based on the monthly recurring revenue from the clients you refer.
Notice two words there. "Up to" means 30% is the top rate, not a promise. "Lifetime" means you keep earning for as long as that client stays a customer.
Why does that matter? Because the price is high. If a brand you refer stays on the Standard plan at $649 a month, 30% of that would be about $195 a month, every month they stay. One good referral can be worth more than dozens of small ones.
The application form runs on PartnerStack. If you haven't used it before, my PartnerStack review walks you through it. Influencer Hero's page doesn't list a cookie length, payout schedule, or minimum payout, so check those in your dashboard once you're approved.
One more honest note. The program is aimed at agencies and service providers. If you're a blogger or content creator, mention your site and audience when you apply, and don't assume approval.
The program also gives partners more than commission. Influencer Hero says it shares leads, lists partners in its agency directory, and offers co-marketing. If you book an Influencer Hero demo, you'll understand the product well enough to write about it from real experience.
Angle 1: Influencer Marketing How-To Guides
Brands want to know how to find creators, write outreach that gets replies, and track results. Teach them the process. Then show how Influencer Hero does it faster.
Angle 2: Platform Comparisons
Buyers spending hundreds a month compare carefully. "Influencer Hero vs GRIN" or "Influencer Hero vs Aspire" posts reach them right at the decision point.
Angle 3: Content for Ecommerce and Agency Owners
Shopify store owners and agency owners are the buyers here. Write about product gifting, UGC rights, and paying creators at scale. If you already write about ecommerce or creator affiliate tools like UpPromote, this fits right in.
